PHOTO OF THE DAY: WORD FOR TODAY (May 11 - June 6 )

June 9, 2014

PROPHETIC IMAGES THAT GIVE YOU

ENCOURAGEMENT, COMFORT,  STRENGTH, AND FAITH IN GOD

"SEATED WITH HIM"

Published June 6, 2014

If you ever get to visit My Mom and Dad, you will notice in their front room, they have two very comfortable chairs. They are often SEATED together in that place talking, resting, planning, watching their shows, and just enjoying being together.

Jesus has SEATED us with Him!

The Bible tells us of how God loved us when we were dead in our sins and that He made us alive together with Christ. Ephesians 2:6, exultantly declares, that He "raised us up with Him, and SEATED us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus." We are SEATED in Christ Jesus! It's a place of Power and great authority and dominion far above all our enemies.

While I was praying for you today, I saw a very comfortable arm chair. I felt like God was showing me He wanted us to be people that are comfortable in our position of being SEATED in Christ. In that place, we are at rest, fellowshipping with our Jesus, hearing His heart, and planning. He desires that we take the authority that is ours in being SEATED in Christ. We now look at the difficulties that we are walking through with eyes of victory, knowing that we are SEATED with Christ. And that place, lifts us above all our circumstances, giving us a place of power and victory over our enemies.

This day, let us get comfortable where we are SEATED! We are In Christ Jesus, a place of authority, power, far above our enemies and we are Loved!!!

SCRIPTURES:

Ephesians 1:20-23 says,
"Which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all."

Ephesians 6:12
"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."

"COME IN"

Have you ever been afraid to go to a place because you didn't know what to expect or if you would be accepted? For many years, our family traveled and ministered at different churches and we hardly ever knew ahead of time what awaited us. Often we would be anxious before we would arrive at a church. There were so many fears that would present itself before us. Are we dressed right? Who are we staying with? Are they nice people, will they like us and our children? Would the church be open to the ministry or would their hearts be closed to us? I remember one time when my husband almost cancelled a meeting all because he was afraid we wouldn't be accepted, when in fact many people would be greatly ministered too and doors would open for us.

This morning while I was praying for you, I heard a song in my spirit, called,
"Come Closer My Child." Here are some of the words to the song:

"Come closer, my child, Come closer,
You want to, but your afraid,
My Son has made the way open,
By the blood that He has shed..."

There's nothing more to fear, By faith you can draw near,

The veil been is torn in two,
There's nothing more that you can do,
So with boldness enter in,
Knowing who you are in Him,
For Christ has done it all"

Hebrews 4:16 invites us to, "Come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need."

And also Hebrews 10:19 declares, "Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence (boldness) to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus."

This day, God doesn't wants us to be afraid that He will accept us, but He tells us to Come Boldly before Him. The way is now Open, not because of our works, but because Jesus' blood has Opened the Way for us. You can now Come with confidence to Him, Heaven is Opened!

SCRIPTURE:
Ephesians 2:13
"But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ."

"PARCHED GROUND"

Published June 4, 2014

Have you ever been in a season where everything around you looked dry and parched and there seems to be no life, no fruitfulness, only rough, thirsty ground?
David was in a time like that in Psalms 63:1. He had fled into the wilderness from his son, Absalom, who was seeking to kill him to take over the kingdom. During this time David lifted his heart to God in a song, "O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water."

David knew that there was no life to be found in the circumstances that he faced, and that the life that he needed, came only from his relationship with God. He sought God earnestly in the dry, difficult season that he found himself in. He clung to God and made Him his help, his hiding place. He did this by beholding and remembering God, even in the middle of the harsh climate he found himself in. God's Presence brought him the fullness of soul that he needed.

This Day, no matter what climate you find yourself in, remember God. In Him, you will find the strength, and the joy and satisfaction you need to bring you through the dry and weary places.

SCRIPTURE
Psalms 63:1-8
"O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly;
My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You,
In a dry and weary land where there is no water.
Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary,
To see Your power and Your glory.
Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,
My lips will praise You.
So I will bless You as long as I live;
I will lift up my hands in Your name.
My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness,
And my mouth offers praises with joyful lips.
When I remember You on my bed,
I meditate on You in the night watches,
For You have been my help,
And in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy.
My soul clings to You;
Your right hand upholds me."

"ON YOUR TOES"

Published June 3, 2014

Have you ever been on a athletic team? As you are going out to play, the coach yells to your team, "I Want Everyone On Your Toes!" What the coach means is, "I want you to be alert and ready for action." The expression "On Your Toes," comes from the form of a runner at the start of the race. "They're on their toes," the starter shouts, "On your marks, Get set or (On Your Toes) Go! When a runner is flat footed it is much harder to move quickly, so they get on their toes so they are ready to run the race.

While i was praying for you this morning, I kept seeing someone on their toes. Over and over the Bible warns us to keep "On Our Toes", and we are instructed to be Alert, or to Watch. 1 Corinthians 16:13 declares, "Be on the ALERT, "On Your Toes," stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong."

Why are we to be "On Our Toes," alert, watching? One reason is that Jesus is coming soon and we will give account for the way we lived our lives. Another reason is for the purpose of prayer, and because God wants us to be able to stand in the midst of the battles we fight. We must be "On Our Toes," to overcome the weakness of our flesh and the wicked spirits who desire to destroy us. All these, are very good reasons to be "On Our Toes!"

This Day, remember your life matters, that you are in a battle, so Beloved of God, be "On Our Toes!"

SCRIPTURES:

Matthew 24:42-44
“Therefore be on the ALERT, ("On Your Toes"), for you do not know which day your Lord is coming. But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the ALERT, ("On Your Toes"), and would not have allowed his house to be broken into. For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.

Luke 21:36:
But keep on the ALERT, ("On Your Toes"), at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

1 Peter 5:8:
Be of sober spirit, be on the ALERT, "On Your Toes,". Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

Matthew 26:41:
Keep ("On Your Toes"), WATCHING and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

"I HATE FLIES!"

Published June 2, 2014

I Hate flies! I have no compassion on them. I Despise them! When I see one, I'll swat it and say, "Get Out of Here, You, Nasty Little Creature!!!"

In Matthew 12:22-28, Jesus just healed a man from a demon who had made him dumb and deaf. The man could now speak and hear and the people were amazed, but the Pharisees said, "He cast out demons by Beelzebub, the prince of the demons." "Beelzebub" is from a Aramaic word meaning, "Lord of the Dung Hill" or "Lord of the Fly." What a fitting name for the devil who is constantly at work to infect our mind with dung, accusations, condemnation, lies, slander, evil thoughts. FLIES are nasty little creatures that if allowed to stay long enough, will breed into what could consume us.

While I was praying for God's heart for us this morning, I saw a "Venus Fly Trap" plant and the scripture came to mind from 2 Corinthians 10:5, "We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ."

A Venus Fly Trap captures and destroys the pesky bugs that try to linger on the plant. Paul is teaching us that one of God's weapons for us, is to take captive the thoughts that come to infect us with unbelief, darkness, fear, and lies. Every thought that is raised above the wonderful, pure, life giving, knowledge of God, we must destroy!

This day, lets us destroy every fly like thoughts by squashing it with your Fly swatter, (The Word of God), and let us fill our minds with whatever is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, whatever is of good repute, anything that is excellence and whatever is worthy of praise. The Bible says, "Think on these things." (Philippians 4:8)

"TAKE MY YOKE"

Published on June 1, 2014

Have you ever seen a picture of two oxen joined together with a yoke across their necks? Usually the two animals are dragging a plow through a difficult, harsh ground, or hauling a heavy, burdensome load. In this life we often find ourselves in days and seasons that can be overwhelming. We can join ourselves to so many things, people and activities, thinking that they will give us the wisdom, strength, provision and even the peace we need for our troubled, tired souls, to get through these trying days.

This day while I was praying for you, I saw a Yoke and I heard Jesus' Words in my spirit, "Take My Yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." (Matthew 11:29-30)

Jesus is calling to us this day, COME to Me! The Son of God who stilled the storms, who healed the sick, cast out devils, who multiplied food, pulled money from fishes mouths and Yes, even died and rose from the dead to save us... wants to lift our heavy yokes from us this day and join us to Himself.

This day, whatever harsh, burdensome yoke you may be wearing, Let it go and Come, close to hear your gentle, humble Savior, He will lift your heavy loads. You are Loved!

SCRIPTURES

Matthew 11:28-30 (AMP)
Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy- laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]
Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest ( relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.
For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good—not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.

1 Peter 5:7
casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

"YOU ARE CROWNED"

Published May 30, 2014

Nancy Tillman writes and illustrates beautifully, sweet children's books that tug at your heartstrings. One of her books is called, "The Crown On Your Head," it starts off like this:

"On the day that we met and I put you to bed,
I noticed a crown on the top of your head,
It was made up of sparkling, glimmering things,
Like moonlight and fireflies, and dragonfly wings."

Sometimes we need to be reminded of who we are now. We have been Born Again and that our Father is King, and that now, there's a crown on your head!

John 1:12 tells us, "But as many as received Him, (Jesus) to them He gave the right to become children of God," and Revelation 1:6 exclaims, "And He hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father."

There's a crown on your head!
You are royalty! A crown is a mark of royalty, of overcoming, of power, authority and of honor. There's a crown on your head!

Here are a few more phases from Nancy's Book that tells you what the crown means:

"It tells the story of just who you are
and it means like a star you were born to shine..." (Isaiah 60:1)

There is just no telling how high you can go..." (Luke 1:37)

"I always knew what your crown meant, it meant you were magnificent!" (Psalm 16:3)

"It means that you're grand from your toes to your chin. Take a deep breath and let it sink in!" (Col. 2:10)

This day, God wants to remind you there is a crown on your head! You are a child of God, Beloved, you're Royalty! So walk straight and tall, you were born to shine, your life counts and you were created to make a difference. There's a crown on your head!

"RUNNER"

Published May 29, 2014

The other day my son did a short video of himself singing and playing the piano to a old Twila Paris song called, "Runner."
Here is the chorus:
"Runner when the road is long, Feel like giving in but you're hanging on,
Oh runner, when the race is won, You will run into His arms."

Paul tells us in, 1 Corinthians 9:24, "Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win."

You are the runner called to run this race for Jesus Christ. The song, "Runner," is about the many obstacles we face as we run lifting high the standard of Jesus Christ.

In the NLT Bible, Hebrews 12:1-2 declared to us,
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us." We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.

This Day, RUNNER, be strong, don't grow weary in the race that is set before you, God promises you will be rewarded, if you don't give up. (Galatians 6:9)

"INSTRUMENTS"

Published May 28, 2014

Last night we took a stroll around our daughter's neighborhood. As we walked down the street you could hear two band instruments practicing. We were all guessing what we could be hearing, could it be a trumpet, a trombone, or maybe a saxophone? When we turned the corner, their were two high school guys marching back and forth in their driveway, playing their instruments, a baritone and a saxophone.

As I was praying for you this morning, I began to see some type of instrument that was to be played.

The NLT Bible says in, Romans 6:13-14,
"Do not let any part of your body become an INSTRUMENT of evil to serve sin. Instead, give yourselves completely to God, for you were dead, but now you have new life. So use your whole body as an INSTRUMENT to do what is right for the glory of God. Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace."

Paul is telling the Romans that Jesus saved them so they could be INSTRUMENTS, INSTRUMENTS of His grace that wars against sin and darkness. In a age when good is called evil and evil, good, God's Word still tells us to present ourselves to God as INSTRUMENTS of righteousness. Jesus death and resurrection has equipped us with all the grace we need to give ourselves to God and to say, NO to sin and YES to God!

This day, let us remember God has given us His Amazing Grace, so we can now be INSTRUMENTS that make the Loud sound of a life that's filled with integrity, virtue and purity, in our thinking, feeling, and acting. God loves you, you are an INSTRUMENT of Righteousness!

"THIRD DAY"

Published May 27, 2017

Many significant events in the Bible happened "on the third day". The number three is the number of the Trinity but also a symbol of completion (or perfection), and unity.

Hosea 6:2 tells us, “He will revive us after two days; He will raise us up on the THIRD day, That we may live before Him."

Jesus told His disciples that He would be raised up and on the THIRD Day.
Matthew 20:18-19 says, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem; and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn Him to death, and will hand Him over to the Gentiles to mock and scourge and crucify Him, and on the THIRD day He will be raised up.”

Whenever I read... "and on the Third Day" in the Bible, I know I'd better take note because something has been completed and there is a new beginning that is taking place.

This morning I saw the number three while I was asking God for His heart for you today. I believe it is a time of God completing a season for you and that you are transitioning into new things. It is also for those who have been waiting for a resurrection of what seems to be dead promises. Look Out, it's the THIRD DAY! Most of all, God wants you to know that He is with you, as Your Heavenly Father, as The Saving Son and as The Mighty Power of The Spirit of The Living God to perfect what concerns you.

This Day, let us remember your God is with you to bring you to the THIRD Day.

"STIR IT UP!"

Published May 25, 2014

There was an especially difficult season that my husband and I were walking through one time where we needed God to do BIG miracles for us in so many areas of our lives. During this time, we were on a road trip driving and you could feel the gloom that had filled the van from us thinking about all the heavy things that were talking place in our lives.

Have you ever prayed, and then you pray again and then you pray some more, but it seems like your only spinning your wheels because you have done it so much. We were there at that point and kept praying, but we needed to come to God in a different way. Suddenly The Spirit of God begin to STIR us up by directing us to remember all the good things He had done for us over and over, the promises He had made us, the miracles we had received in our family, of healing, finances, friendships, and encouragement so many times. We began to take turns remembering and sharing the different ways He had blessed us and answered our prayers. By the time we got to the place we were traveling to, we were filled with thanksgiving and the hopelessness had gone and faith had once again filled our hearts.

As I was praying for you this morning, I saw a mixer. It's purpose was to stir up our inner man. 2 Peter 3:1-2 says, "This is now, beloved, the second letter I am writing to you in which I am STIRRING up your sincere mind by way of REMINDER, that you should REMEMBER the words spoken beforehand by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior spoken by your apostles."

And 2 Peter 1:13 declares, "I consider it right, as long as I am in this earthly dwelling, to STIR YOU UP BY WAY OF REMINDER,"

This day, let gloom and hopelessness go as you STIR up yourself, by REMEMBERING the faithfulness of your God. He loves you.

"THE SHOUT"

Published on May 23, 2014

Around two o clock this morning, Donny and I left for the Charlotte area after receiving a phone call from my daughter telling us that she had gone into labor. As we drove the dark roads, I prayed for you all and saw in the spirit someone SHOUTING.

It had been nine long months of waiting since my daughter received the news that she had conceived. She had watched month after month the change to her once lovely body, from a tall, slender lady, to a round, waddling Mama to be. Those months brought her all kinds of discomfort, and there were things she was once able to do, she no longer could do. She became so full of the promise of this new life that she could no longer move easily or look down and see her feet. Over and over I heard her say, "I can't wait to have this baby." Then, this morning at 9:11, after hours of sharp pain and much waiting and then pushing, it happened, a gift of a precious little baby boy was born into this world. The look of joy on her and her husbands face brought tears to my eyes.

Psalms 30:5 says,
"Weeping may last for the night, But a SHOUT of joy comes in the morning."

"THE GIFT"

Published May 22, 2014

10372791_738155036207032_3691000807083379062_n.jpg

Everyday is a gift from God that He has given to us to display His goodness. There may be ups and downs, challenges to face, people we meet that need an out stretched hand to pull them up, bills to pay, runny noses to wipe, trips to take, coffee with friends... Whatever you may face this day, God is there, He is with you and He has given you this day, It's a gift!

Psalms 23 was written by David during the days when he was fleeing from King Saul. During those days, he was exiled from his people, living among strangers and enemies. His life was continually threatened and he never knew what would happen, yet he wrote one of the most beloved of all the Psalms. This Psalm overwhelms us with God's faithfulness to take care of us through all the days of our life.

Psalms 23:6 declares in the Message Bible,"Your beauty and love CHASE after me every day of my life." The NLT says, "Surely your goodness and unfailing love will PURSUE me all the days of my life," King James tells us, "Surely goodness and mercy shall FOLLOW me all the days of my life."

Most people would not believe those days God gave to David, were a gift from Him. But even in the wilderness, God was with David. As he gave those days back to The Lord, God fashioned David into a man after His own heart, the new King of Israel.

This day, let us remember His goodness is pursuing, chasing, following after us during the 24 hour gift He has given to us. Let us use it for His glory.

"JUBILEE"

Published May 21, 2014

In Leviticus 25:9-10, the sound of the shofars (rams horns), are to be heard throughout the land. What does this sound mean to the people of Israel? It's the sound of freedom from slavery and of all debts. It's the sound of restoration of what was stolen from them through debt and difficulties, and being fully returned to them. It was a piercing sound of JOY, of FREEDOM! Those that heard the sound and believed, were no longer slaves and paupers; their livelihood was restored and they were made free.

This day, I see the shofar being blown over our lives. Our debt has been cancelled through the blood of Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 1:18-19) What has been stolen from you, is restored in Christ, GO FREE!!! I now see the shofar filled with oil being poured over you to anoint you for service. Go and blow the shofar, (or go speak forth), the piercing sound of Liberty, declare freedom from captivity to the world. Tell them whom the Son sets free, (JESUS!), is free indeed; that they now can be free, through faith in Jesus Christ!

SCRIPTURES
Leviticus 25:9-10
"Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land. And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family."

Isaiah 61:1
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me;because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;"

John 8:36
"If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed."

"GLANCE"

Published May 20, 2014

There is a beautiful song that ran through my spirit this morning that was written by Misty Edwards, called "Glance." This song stirs my heart to the core and will often bring tears to my eyes. It reminds me of the wonders of when Jesus began to capture my heart. I was the unpopular wallflower, unnoticed, unvalued by most, yet He chose me and made everything new. How could I not be overwhelmed with such love?

In Revelation 2:4-5, Jesus tells the church of Ephesus, a church that seems to be doing everything right, these words, "I have this against you, that you have left your first love.
Look how far you have fallen! Turn back to me and do the works you did at first."

Our works can become a routine that we do religiously, yet void of loving devotion to Jesus. God wants our love! Here are the words to Misty's song:

"GLANCE"
I remember the first glance,
I remember the first romance,
I remember the first dance,
When I fell in love with You, when I fell in love with You,
When I fell in love...

I thought that I would never know love,
And maybe I would never know touch,
And then You came and awakened me,
And then You came unlocking me,
I've never known a love like this,
You've shown the truth behind the myth, The mystery

I remember the first glance,
I remember the first romance,
I remember the first dance,
When I fell in love with You, when I fell in love with You
When I fell in love...

When it's all been said, when it's all been done,
When the race is run, and this life overcome,

I will remember Your love, I will remember Your love,
I will remember Your love, I will remember Your love,

I remember the first dance, when I fell in love with You.

This day, let us remember the wonder, the excitement, the joy, the peace... Of the time when we gave our lives to Jesus. When He looked at us and said, "I choose you!"

This day, I see sparkling wine being poured into a empty glass. It's time to be poured out for others. Many glasses are extended to you, they are waiting for the sweet wine of the Spirit of God to fill their empty lives. They are longing for His Love, that will quench their desperate thirst, it is better then all the pleasure of this world. (Song of Songs 1:2,4)

He is calling out to all who thirst, to come and drink with out cost, for Jesus has paid the price, through the wine of His shed blood that has been poured out for the forgiveness of many. This is the wine of the blood of the new covenant that Jesus gave for us. (Matthew 26:27-28)

This day, let us be His vessels, that allow Him to pour out His Transforming Wine. Their glasses are reaching out to us, let's pour out Jesus to make new their thirsty souls. (John 6:53-55)

"THE BREAKER"

Published May 16, 2014

One of God's names, is The Breaker. The Bible declares in Micah 2:13,
"The Breaker [the Messiah] will go up before them. They will break through, pass in through the gate and go out through it, and their King will pass on before them, the Lord at their head." He goes before us, to give us the Breakthrough.

In Daniel 10:12-13, an angel of The Lord comes to Daniel, who has been waiting for a Breakthrough. For many days he had humbled himself before God, with praying and fasting. Finally an angel of The Lord comes with the answer and he tells Daniel, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer. But for twenty- one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me, and I left him there with the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia."

This morning while I was praying for you, I saw something being broken and then remembered, the testimony of the man that produced the movie, "The Finger of God." He was at a church and someone from the stage said, "The Angel Breakthrough is here, "he mockingly thought, "Ri-i-ght, The Angel Breakthrough." Suddenly an mighty angelic being whose fist was clinched like he wanted to break something, stood beside him. The angel told him to push ahead and produce that movie. After that encounter, the hindrances that held him back to make the movie, were removed and he was able to move forward to see the movie made.

This day, The Breaker, (The Messiah, Jesus Christ), goes before you, it's Breakthrough Time!

"YELLOW BRICK ROAD"

Published May 15, 2014

"FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD," rang out in my spirit this morning while I was praying for you. In the movie, "The Wizard of Oz," when Dorothy needs to find her way home, she is told to follow the yellow brick road. She doesn't know all the ups and downs she will face while traveling on this road or the many different places the road will lead her through. She doesn't even know all the lives that she will touch on the way, but she knows this, if she is obedient to follow this road, she will get home.

There are many paths each day that we can choose that may even seem right to us, but the Bible warns us in, Proverbs 14:12, "There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death." There is only one way our Heavenly Father has for us to walk in each day, it is the way that brings life, peace, protection, and provision in every area of our lives. It is the way that will lead us to our eternal home. John 14:6 tells us that WAY, "Jesus said, “I am the WAY, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." Col. 2:6 declares, "As you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so WALK in Him, (THE WAY)."

This day, lets fix our eyes on Jesus, (Hebrews 12:2), and ask Him to show us the WAY of Life that will impact many for Him, and will lead us to our Heavenly Home.

"THE BLUEBIRD PROMISE"

Published May 14, 2014

Years ago when I was going through a difficult season in my life, I was up early one morning seeking The Lord. I happened to be drawn to look out the window and noticed a small bird sitting on a limb in the shadows. I kept wondering what type of bird it was. I thought maybe it's a Robin, but then I thought no, it's too small. As I watched and thought about the bird, it suddenly flew in front of the window where beautiful blue feathers flashed before my eyes. It was a bluebird! My spirit leaped, I knew that God had set me up to speak to me, but wasn't sure what He was saying. I kept asking Him, "What are You saying to me," but I still had no understanding? Soon the kids were up running about and I went into the kitchen to make breakfast for them, as I turned to the refrigerator, I saw a magnet my Mom had sent me years before, it was a Bluebird sitting on her eggs and below it was written, "GOD KEEPS HIS PROMISES." I can't tell you what that sweet little sign from Jesus meant to me.

The Bible says in, Joshua 21:45, "Not one of the good promises which the Lord had made to the house of Israel failed; all came to pass." Don't give up on your dreams, precious one, God loves you and He is Faithful and True, He will do what He promised.

Hebrews 10:23 encourages us saying, "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for He is faithful that promised.)"

Hebrews 10:35-36 tells us, "Do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.

Don't grow weary in the mist of your battles, hold fast, keep believing, God will bring to pass every promise He has spoken to you. "GOD KEEPS HIS PROMISES!"

"BEAUTIFUL FEET"

Published May 13, 2014

We had a beautiful, sun shiny day in our area on Sunday. My husband got out his short sleeve shirt to wear to church and I pulled my sandals from the shoe box. You don't just put on sandals, your feet have to be prepared. After showering I made sure my toe nails were clipped, then I got out a bright, reddish polish to paint my toe nails before slipping on my sandals. I finally felt I was presentable, but it took some time to make my feet beautiful.

The Bible says in Song of Songs 7:1. “How beautiful are your feet in sandals, O prince’s daughter!" In Bible times slaves and mourners went about without shoes to cover their feet, but the feet in Song of Songs 7:1, are the feet of royalty, they have been prepared. They are ready to walk forward with authority and purpose, because these feet, are one with the King. These feet understand that their steps matter and that people are watching and depending on the way they walk. These feet have been prepared, they are at peace and are making a difference where ever they go.

This day, take time with your Bridegroom, Jesus Christ, as you put on your royal sandals. He'll tell you, "How beautiful are your feet in sandals," how beautiful are your feet that have been prepared!

"DAMS"

Published May 11, 2014

Recently my sister who is a teacher, was correcting a student for disobedience and stealing. Suddenly the six grader turned and punched her in the mouth and began to hit and kick her. She yelled for another teacher, asking the boy to stop. The child fell to the floor in a fetal position sobbing uncontrollably.

The Bible says in, Judges 5:7, "The villages were unoccupied and rulers ceased in Israel, (it wasn't safe), until you arose—you, Deborah, arose—a MOTHER in Israel."  Never before has motherhood been so despised by a nation, yet so desperately needed. Where are the Deborahs, that will arise to fight for her children. One of the words for Mother in that passage," is to dam."

A dam is used to control the flow of water. When it is controlled, great power, protection, growth and joy is given to the communities that surround it. We are Dams, that God has chosen to direct the course of our children lives, by our constant, loving involvement, caring for and directing their lives to please God.

Arise Mothers, to love, pray, fight for your physical and spiritual children, "knowing this, that your toil is not in vain in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 15:58)

Have a Blessed Mother's Day!

PROPHETIC IMAGES THAT GIVE YOU

ENCOURAGEMENT, COMFORT,  STRENGTH, AND FAITH IN GOD

"THE SWORD & THE STONE"

Published May 9, 2014

There is a fable about a sword that was put in a stone. No one could remove that stone unless he was the true King of England. It is time for you to take the Sword from the Stone. You are now a King because of your faith in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 1:5-6, says, "Jesus Christ, ...the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father."

1 Peter 2:4-7, tells us that Jesus is the Living, Corner Stone. Hebrews 4:12-13, declares that God's Word is like a sword and John 1:14 reveals to us that Jesus is The Living Word of God.

Take time to receive the sWORD of God from the Living Stone, Christ Jesus. He will give you the exact Word you need to rule over the situations you are facing and to defeat the enemies that are attacking you, your family, and all He has chosen you to fight for. (Ephesians 6:17) Take the sWORD from the Stone this day, you are a king.

"SUPER HEROES"

Published May 8, 2014

My three year old Grandson likes to dress up like a superhero. His parents have a video of him with his Captain America outfit on holding up his red, white, and blue shield, saying with a tough sounding voice, "I want to fight a bad guy!"

You were made to be Super Natural. You were made to fight bad guys, (the devil and his demons). You were made to destroy his works. You were made to bring heaven to earth, (Matthew 6:10.) You are called to do even greater works then Jesus did, (John 14:12.)

What did Jesus do? 1 John 3:8 says, "The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil."

Acts 10:38 declares, "God anointed Jesus with the Holy Spirit and with power, He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him."

This day, let's go fight the bad guy who wants only to steal, kill and destroy lives. Put on your Super Hero outfit, You know, "Put on the Lord Jesus Christ," (Romans 13:14,) and be Super in Christ.

"SHOES"

Published May 7, 2014

This morning I see people putting on shoes. What would we do without shoes?
Our feet could easily be bruised, cut, stepped on, slowed down... by not having the protection that shoes give to our feet.

The Bibles says in Ephesians 6:15 about shoes, "(shod), put on, the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared."

Each day battles come, but the Peace that comes from the Good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ will cover us to stand. It reminds us we are at one with God, it promises us joy, security, safety, prosperity and eternal life with God. There is nothing we lack now because of what Jesus Christ has done for us. Let us shod, or bind this Good news of God's amazing love for us, to ourselves throughout this day as we firmly stand in the peace that the Gospel of Jesus Christ gives us against our enemies.

"BELOVED BRIDE"

Published May 6, 2014

You are loved, you are admired, you are His beloved Bride! The Bible says in Ephesians 5:31, when a man and woman marry, the two become one. You are one with The Lord Jesus. We leave behind all that was precious to us to cleave to our husband. We honor and respect His leadership over our lives because We know this, Jesus loves us! How much does God love us, He loves us so much that He laid His life down for us so that we might be His Beloved Bride. What would He withhold from us in Christ?.... Nothing! (Romans 8:32)

This day, don't forget, you are loved, He declares passionately in Song of Songs 4:9 over you, "You have captured My heart, My treasure, My bride. You hold it hostage with one glance of your eyes." You are His Bride, remember your life is now hidden in Christ, you are no longer two but one in your Heavenly Bridegroom. (Ephesians 5:22-33)

"MAY"

Published May 5, 2014

In this month of May, I saw the word "MAY" this morning, while praying for you. May means, "your free to, you are given the ability to, you have permission to." God wants to remind you this day, that He is not just the God of the, "Thou shall not," but now in Christ, He is the God of the, "Yes, you MAY." Here are just a few MAYS you MAY have in Christ:

Ephesians 3:17-19, "So that Christ MAY dwell in your hearts through faith...MAY be able to comprehend with all the saints...that you MAY be filled up to all the fullness of God."

Philippians 1:10, "so that you May approve the things that are excellent."

Philippians 3:8-12 says, "I MAY gain Christ, and MAY be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own..but that which is through faith in Christ,...that I MAY know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death; in order that I MAY attain to the resurrection from the dead. That I MAY lay hold of that for which also I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus."

Colossians 1:10 says, "That you MAY walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God..."

John 16:33 says, "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you MAY have peace.”

Romans 12:2 says, "You MAY prove what the will of God is."

John 10:10 says, "That you MAY have life, and MAY have it more abundantly."

The list of Mays God has granted you in Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit goes on and on. MAY you take hold of them this day. God loves you!

"REJOICE LIKE A CHILD"

Published May 4, 2014

Children laugh much more frequently than adults do. Many numbers are thrown around, but some people claim children laugh more than 300 times a day, where adults laugh less than 20 times a day.

God wants us to be like little children and rejoice!  What are we rejoicing in? In The Lord! The Bible says in Philippians 4:4, "Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice." The reasons to rejoice are now endless because all of heavens resources are ours in Christ, (Ephesians 1:3, 2 Peter 1:3, Romans 8:32.)

This day, take time to rejoice in your Heavenly Father. Remember Psalms 16:11 says, ...In His presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever. So-o-o-o.....  Rejoice!!!

"A MUFFLER"

Published May 3, 2014

I see a muffler this morning. A muffler is made to cancel out most of the engines sound, the English call it a Silencer. You are making a difference, people are being touched and changed, God is moving as you step out and speak for Him. The enemy wants to silence you, through people, disappointments, distractions, confusion, fears..., his list of ways to try to shut you up can seem endless.

The Apostle Paul was often harassed by the enemy as he preached the good news of Jesus Christ. In Acts 18:9-10, Jesus appears to encourage Paul in a vision saying, “Do not be afraid any longer, but go on speaking and do not be silent; for I am with you, and no man will attack you in order to harm you, for I have many people in this city.” This day, be encouraged, God is with you! Keep on speaking about the power of Jesus Christ, He is changing lives.

"HEAVENLY VISION"

Published May 2, 2014

I see a person wearing unusual glasses and I'm hearing the words to this song by Jenns Johnson,

"God I look to You, I won’t be overwhelmed, Give me vision to see things like You do, God I look to You, You’re where my help comes from, Give me wisdom; You know just what to do."

In Revelation 4:1, John is being invited by Jesus to leave the view of the island he was exiled to, to see things from Heaven. "After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, "Come up here, and I will show you..."

God wants to give you heavenly vision. He is inviting you this day to come up where He is, to see that He is still on His throne reigning over your life. He loves you.

"MUCH MORE"

Published April 30, 2014

I hear the words, "Much More" today.
2 Chronicles 25:9, says, “The Lord has much more to give you than this.” King Amaziah of Judah had a plan for battle. God had better for him than his plan. He had to let go of His plans to receive the "Much More" that God had for him and the people of Judah.

God has "Much More" for us than we could possibly imagine. When we trust in Him and let go of our little bit, He will give you His much more. (John 6:9,13). Let us this day, let go of all that would keep us from the "Much More", choosing to trust in our God who is, "Able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us." Ephesians 3:20

"DOOR KNOCKING"

Published April 29, 2014

Our days can be so busy that if we aren't careful, we may start our morning out running. We will run to meet people, run to work, run to the store, run to get this done or that. We Run, Run, Run! All the while there is a gentle knocking at our hearts that busyness can drown out Jesus calling out to us.

He speaks in Revelation 3:20 and says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and He with me."

When we take time to dine with Jesus our whole world changes. Suddenly things aren't so heavy, there is Peace where there was anxiety. We can see things in a brand new way because we have taken time to open the door to His gentle knocking. The One that is full of grace and truth will give you the grace you need for the day and tell you again, who you are and that He is with you, that you are loved, and you are valuable and so precious to Him. Let's take some time to answer His knock today. God loves you!

"ANOINTED"

Published April 28, 2014

You have been chosen by God, He has anointed you with the power of The Holy Spirit to bring His kingdom to others. I see an anointing bottle with handles on it. There are handles on the bottle because it is made to be taken from place to place.

In Acts 10:36-38, Peter is sent to Cornelius and his family and friends to preach peace with God through Jesus Christ, he is telling these people the good news of the gospel. He declares to these hungry people, "How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him."

God has anointed you, to carry His love, His goodness, His healing wherever you go. You are anointed to be poured out, to destroy the evil works of the devil in the lives of those He sends you to. This day is a day of good news, of God's freedom being released through you, because you are carrying the anointing of heaven with you wherever you go.

"TUNE ME"

Published April 22, 2014

A song my son wrote quietly danced through my spirit this morning while I was praying for a Word from heaven for you. The song is called, "Tune Me" and it goes like this, "Tune me to the sound of your frequency... Let the world disappear, as you ring in my ear, Let the world disappear..."

Proverbs 4:20, in the Message Bible says, "listen well to My words; tune your ears to My voice." In Isaiah 50:4, Isaiah cries out, "The Lord God has given Me the tongue of disciples, That I may know how to sustain the weary one with a word. He awakens Me morning by morning, He awakens My ear to listen as a disciple. Jesus spoke in Matt. 11:29, "learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

This day let the world and all it's problems disappear as we take time to let this God who loves you, Tune You to His amazing heart.

"SALT SHAKER"

Published April 21, 2014

While praying this morning I saw a salt shaker being poured out. The Bible says in, Matthew 5:13, “You are the salt of the earth." We are how God seasons this earth. He waits to pour out His life through us to others. People need salt, they need to experience a people who are full of the saltiness of heaven, God's people poured out wherever we go. Luke 14:34 tells us, "Salt is good." This is the day to pour out His salt, that is the goodness of God over all we meet. They too, could become God's salt shaker!

"GIFTS"

Published April 18

What are you lacking this day? God is a extravagant gift giver. He gives and He gives and He gives... He gave to us His greatest gift, the gift of His Son, Jesus, (John 3:16). Jesus is the key that opens up the gifts of heaven.

The Bible says in Romans 8:32, "He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?"

So what do you need this day, healing, provision, encouragement, wisdom, grace, what do you need? Your Heavenly Father knows you need His gifts, run into His arms of love for you this day through Christ, they are not empty.

"ROYALTY"

Published April 17, 2014

In Revelation 1:6, John tells us that Jesus Christ has... "Made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen." This day, The Lord is reminding you of who You are in Him. You are His own people, Royalty, who He has given power and authority to bring the rule of His Kingdom into your families, businesses, schools, and the difficult situations you may be facing. He has anointed you to impact the world with His goodness and to bring the rule His Kingdom into your lives this day. Matthew 6:10 says, "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven."

"BELIEVE!"

Published April 16, 2014

A old song written by Keith Green came to my mind this morning, "He'll Take Care of the Rest." Here are the words, that were running through my spirit:
"Just believe and you'll receive, that comfort you need,  Well, He'll take care of the, He'll take care of the,
He'll take care of the, care of the rest."

Jesus said these words from Mark 9:23, to a doubting man who desperately needed a miracle for his son, “All things are possible to him who believes.” You are not without hope, you are a Beloved child of God, take comfort and Believe that God is fighting your battles and turning your impossibilities around. He loves you!

"BEAUTIFUL FEET"

Published April 15, 2014

How beautiful are your feet this day! They are weighty, carrying the glory of God and taking the land for The Lord Jesus. Joshua 1:3 says,
"Every place on which the sole of your foot treads, I have given it to you, just as I spoke to Moses. "Your feet are beautiful because they carry the Gospel of Peace, the good news of Salvation of Peace, with God through Jesus Christ. You declare over every situation, "God reigns!"

In Isaiah 52:7, the prophet is proclaiming this of those who are carrying the salvation, and the peace, and the goodness of God that is poured out through the preaching of the Gospel.
"How lovely on the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who announces peace And brings good news of happiness, Who announces salvation, And says to Zion, “Your God reigns!”

"BE STRONG!"

Published April 14, 2014

I heard the scripture from Joshua 1:9,
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Joshua was commanded by God to bring his people into the promises God had given to them. The people of God were facing many obstacles, strong men, fortified cities, and Giants. These things had caused their parents to fear and to turn away from the good promises that God had given them. This day, remember the amazing promises God has given to you, "Be Strong, don't look at the obstacles and impossibilities that would try to keep you out of the good things (The Promise Land) God has promised to you. Look at the Greatness of your God who loves you and says, I AM with you wherever you go. With God, nothing is impossible!

"PLANS"

Published April 13, 2014

I have plans for you, I have plans for you, "was the words from a spontaneous song I had heard running through my spirit for you this day.

Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. The Message Bible says, "I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out––plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for."

God is for you, He stands against the impossibilities in our lives and will do what He said He would do. Let faith and hope arise; draw close to our amazing God, who holds your destiny in His Mighty hand, Believe!

1 Thessalonians 5:24says "Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass."

"BUT GOD"

Published April 12, 2014

This morning I was thinking about what my sister had prayed over me the other night, "But God, But God, But God". When ever I remember those two small words, "But God", I can hope again and faith begins to rise over the difficult places I'm walking through. Those things are not impossible any more, But God! Remember, "But God", when it seems there is no way out, "But God". When you don't know what to do, "But God", when you need wisdom, healing, finances, families mended, "But God, But God, But God!" No matter what is happening in your life, But God!

Ephesians 2:4-5 says,
"But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)."

"FAITHFULNESS"

Published April 11, 2014

This morning I looked out at the colorful sunrise peeping over the trees, it's announcing to all the start of a brand new day. This scripture came to mind for us this day from Lamentations 3:21-23,

"This I recall to my mind,cTherefore I have hope. The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness."

The book of Lamentations was written in the darkest of times yet, Jeremiah remembered the love and faithfulness of God. God's love for him was brand new each morning. He received the hope he needed to bring Him through that difficult time. Remember God's love for you is new this day. His love will never fail you.

"HOLE PUNCHER"

Published April 9, 2014

I see a hole puncher this morning. A hole puncher makes holes so papers are not lost but held in place.
A scripture from 1 Corinthians 15:58 came to my mind, "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord."

Beloved, know this, that all that is done in the Lord will be rewarded, even a cup of water given in His name, brings reward, "Matt. 10:42." So don't give up, our God is a rewarder!

Be firm, immovable, firmly persistent, let the light of God's goodness through you. Shine bright so your Heavenly Father is glorified, "Matt.5:16." God says, what is done in Him is not in vain, it will bear fruit.

"THE DOLPHIN"

Published April 8, 2014

I see a dolphin leaping out of the water. They are often accredited with saving people from drownings and shark attacks. There are stories that have been told of how dolphins make themselves useful as guides through treacherous waters. Isaiah 12:2 says,
"Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; He also is become my salvation."

Let's paraphrase that verse:
"Behold, no matter what your going through this day, God is the one who saves you, He is your deliverance; your aid, your victory, your prosperity, your health, your help, your salvation, your welfare. So I am bold, confident, secure, sure and careless. I have hope, I trust.

"DESTINY"

Published April 7, 2014

I heard the Word, 'Destiny" for us this day. God wants to remind you this day, that your life counts, You are a person of Destiny. God has plans for you, that are bigger then you could possibly Imagine. The Lord is declaring to us in, Jeremiah 29:11:

"For I know the plans that I have for you, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope."

And in Ephesians 3:20: The Lord speaks through the Apostle Paul telling us, " God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us."

Let's keep on believing in His faithful love to us and let us, let His Power work mightily in us this day. We are people of destiny!

PROPHETIC IMAGES THAT GIVE YOU

ENCOURAGEMENT, COMFORT,  STRENGTH, AND FAITH IN GOD

"ARROWS"

Published April 5, 2014

This morning I saw the arrows Elisha gave to Joash, the King of Israel. Be diligent in your prayers, battles are being won, God is giving you victories before you engage in battles. Don't quit striking the enemy, God promises you the victory if you don't grow weary in the fight.

2 Kings 13:18-19
Then he said, “Take the arrows,” and he took them. And he said to the king of Israel, “Strike the ground,” and he struck it three times and stopped. So the man of God was angry with him and said, “You should have struck five or six times, then you would have struck Aram until you would have destroyed it. But now you shall strike Aram only three times.”

"THE HARVEST"

Published April 4, 2014

Reaping is on it's way, so don't throw away your dreams. God is faithful to His Words concerning you. You have sown costly seeds of faithfulness in many different ways, Believe, your harvest is on it way.

Psalms 126:5-6
Those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting.
He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed,
Shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.

"LIVING WATER"

Published April 3, 2014

God's answer to the world's needs is to send water.

Isaiah 41:17-18 says, “The afflicted and needy are seeking water, but there is none, And their tongue is parched with thirst; I, the Lord, will answer them Myself, As the God of Israel I will not forsake them. “I will open rivers on the bare heights and springs in the midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water and the dry land fountains of water.

God sent His love gift to us.

John 4:10
Jesus said this to the Samaritan woman “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

John 7:38
Jesus said to the multitude," He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water. "

"DEEP"

Published April 2, 2014

The Word deep comes to mind this day. One of the definitions for deep is: a vast or immeasurable extent. The scripture that comes to mind this day, says it best from the Amplified Bible.

Ephesians 3:16-21
"May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted DEEP in love and founded securely on love, That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and DEPTH [of it]; [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams] —

To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it)."

"BE STRONG"

Published April 1, 2014

As I was praying this morning a scripture came to mind about Abraham in Romans 4:20-21.
"Yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform."

Abraham grew strong in faith because he chose to believe the promises of God over the Impossibilities of his circumstances, and over the deadness of his and Sarah's old bodies. He believed God was faithful to do what He said He would do. Because he believed God's Words to him, he grew strong to receive the promises of God. He became the Father of many nations, the Father of those who believe God!

"THE ROOSTER"

Published March 31, 2014

A Rooster is known for awakening us with it's early morning Cock-a-doodle-doos. This morning I kept hearing a song about the Bride of Christ asking The Lord to awakening love in her life. Song of Songs 8:4 says, “I want you to swear, O daughters of Jerusalem, Do not arouse or awaken my love until she pleases.”

God wants to awaken Passion for Him, in us, if we will ask Him. Passionate Love for Him! His love, will cause us to be an over-comer in every area of our lives. Galatians 5:6 says,"Faith works through Love."

Let's ask God to quicken a greater overcoming love for Him in our lives.

"THE LITTLE BLUE TRAIN"

Published March 30, 2014

I saw a blue train engine this morning while I was praying. Then a well known kid's story came to mind about a little train engine who believed he could pull a heavy stranded train over a difficult country side and up a steep mountain. Other trains much bigger and more qualified than him refused to pull the stranded train because the load was so great, but the little blue train believed he could, "I think I can, I think I can.", he said over and over.

Today remember, Philippians 4:13, "You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you." And Mark 11:24, "All things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you." You can do it, through our Amazing God!

PHOTO OF THE DAY: WORD FOR TODAY (Mar 23-29)

PROPHETIC IMAGES THAT GIVE YOU

ENCOURAGEMENT, COMFORT,  STRENGTH, AND FAITH IN GOD

"FOUNTAIN OF LIFE"

Published March 29, 2014

As I was praying this morning I saw a fountain bubbling forth with life giving waters. In Psalms 36:9 it says this about The Lord, "For with You is the fountain of life. What do you need this day, healing, cleansing, forgiveness, joy, peace? What do you need?

The God who loved you so much, delights in giving His Life giving waters to all who thirst for Him.

"THE LILLY"

Published March 28, 2014

As I was praying this morning I saw a Lilly, which is a symbol of JOY. Then I heard a song my husband recently wrote called, "Joy comes in the Morning."
Psalms 30:5 says, "Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning."

The Lord wants us to know that in the seasons of night or difficult times, He is with us and He promises us that as we cling to Him, He is turning things around. Night is fleeing and JOY is coming!

"THE THRONE OF GOD"

Published March 27, 2014

This morning I see a throne. The scripture that comes to mind in Ephesians 2:6 says, "God raised us up with Him and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus". Jesus is at the right hand of God, the place of all authority and power, and we are seated in Christ.

This day, remember no matter what battle you are in, take your place in Christ Jesus, knowing we are fighting from victory, not to victory. Don't give up Beloved of God, take your seat, Jesus has already overcome.

"THE RAINBOW"

Published March 26, 2014

I saw something that was bent and I immediately thought of a Beautiful Rainbow. It is a symbol of God's Promises to us.

Psalms 37:4 says,"Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart." One of the first meanings for the Word Delight says, to be soft or pliable. That means to be easily bent.

We will see His promises come forth as we remain soft and pliable in His loving hands.

"THE LITTLE THINGS"

Published March 25, 2014

I saw a hand this morning signing little. It was reminding me that God looks at the little things we say and do. The little acts of kindness, our faithful prayers, putting others first, and the warm smile to let others know they are precious. God takes note of little acts we do in His name to see if He can promote us to greater things. As we are faithful with the little things, He will make us faithful over much.

Luke 16:10 says, “He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much."

Luke 19:17 says,  "And he said to him, ‘Well done, good slave, because you have been faithful in a very little thing, you are to be in authority over ten cities."

"MAY HE KISS ME"

Published March 24, 2014

Lately when I close my eyes, I've been faintly seeing these tiny, simple, but so lovely, purple flowers that have brightened my mornings. They are so small and yet they bring me so much joy. They manage to bloom even though the weather can still be hard and cold. I call them tiny kisses from The Lord. They remind me He is with me, He is for me, and that He is a good God. They are blooming all round me if I only have eyes to see.

In Song of Songs 1:2 says, “May he kiss me with the kisses of his mouth!" The story is a type of Jesus and His beloved Bride and she wants His kisses. Why? His kiss changes us, and empowers us, equips us, and lets us know who we are, God's Beloved. Let us ask God for His kisses over our lives this day.

"THE BOOMERANG"

I was praying about a post for you all and saw a Boomerang. The Lord began to remind me that a Boomerang is known for being thrown a certain way and then coming back to you. God wants you to know this day, the seeds you have sown in His name, the acts of kindness, the faithfulness to His Word, His Ways, the continual standing in difficult places, the refusing to give up, but believing in the faithfulness of God to do what He said He would do... It is coming back to you!

Matthew 13:8 says,  "And others fell on the good soil and yielded a crop, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty." Galatians 6:9 says, "Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary."

Keep on sowing, believing, giving, loving, into His people and the World. God is going to reward you, He loves you and is with you.
